Shahrukh Khan’s much awaited Don 2 releases this Christmas and the action-thriller just got bigger and better!
Ritesh Sidhwani the co-producer of Don 2 has just announced that the film will be released in both 2D and 3D formats.
Ritesh Sidhwani says, "There is a huge demand for the brand DON, also our audiences must be expecting much more and beyond just cinema from the sequel hence a 3D format. We did a few 3D conversion tests on the first part -DON and the conversion outcome was very very good........So while shooting DON 2, the 3D conversion was at the back of Farhan's mind while shooting the film in case we decided to go ahead with 3D format as it would make the DON experience even more memorable and exciting to watch for the audience."
Don 2 directed by Farhan Akhtar will release during the Christmas holiday weekend. The film starring Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta also has a special appearance by Hrithik Roshan. Don 2 will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu.
The film, which will hit the cinemas this winter, is slated for release on 23rd December worldwide.
